While their prices may be slightly higher than other pool companies, it is definitely worth the extra cost. We made the mistake of going with a cheaper pool company, and it was a nightmare. We have been dealing with Kiker Pools for two years to resolve the legal issues caused by the previous company, and Kiker Pools has been extremely helpful in providing us with the information we need to go to court.I have read some of the negative reviews about Kiker Pools, and I must say that they do not make sense. Some people give low ratings because their pool was not completed in the time they expected. To me, that is not a valid reason to give a low rating. I had read some previous Kiker reviews about lacking communication before hiring Kiker to install a custom liner into our pool. In my case, communication wasn't perfect and the job may have taken a little longer than expected. In this … More case, I learned that sometimes perfection takes time, because in the end, the quality of the job and workmanship can not be beat. After removing the old liner, their team took most of a day prepping the floor and walls back to like new condition. The new liner looks like it was poured into the pool. It looks better than when it was new. Kiker did a great job and I'm so happy with the results and Kiker Pools.
